Questions people ask
Why is narration limited on Plus? Recording a story costs us real money each time, unlike the library, which is recorded once and free forever. Ten a month covers most people; if you need more, tell us.
What happens when I cancel? Plus continues until the end of the period you paid for. Your stories, serials and nights stay in your account.
Is there a gift? A year of Plus as a gift is coming before Christmas.
Refunds and the small print are on the refunds and terms pages.
