Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the Account screen. Nothing more is charged, and Plus continues until the end of the period you paid for.

During the free trial

Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.

Within 14 days of a payment

If you change your mind within 14 days of a payment, email hello@nightlull.com and we refund the unused part of the period, worked out by the day, within 14 days. This is your right as a UK consumer and we honour it for everyone.

If something went wrong

If NightLull did not work for you, tell us. If we cannot fix it, we refund the period in full. We would rather lose a payment than keep a customer who was let down.

Gifts

A gift of a year can be refunded in full until the code is redeemed.
